We are Giacomo and Pietro Vannelli, two brothers united by the same passion: to transform every bean into an experience worth remembering.

In 2019, we founded VANNELLI COFFEE, a specialty roastery in Cortona, in the heart of Tuscany.

Before starting this project, we traveled, studied, and worked all over the world, engaging with some of the most interesting players in the specialty coffee industry. Competitions, international collaborations, and thousands of coffees tasted helped us build a clear vision: every bean has a story to tell, and our job is to ensure it reaches the cup intact.

Welcome to our world.

Our journey has taken us to the most important stages in the specialty coffee world.

Over more than 10 years of competitions, we have earned numerous national awards and achieved significant results on an international level.

For us, awards are not just trophies; every competition has been an opportunity to compare ourselves with others, learn, and advance our vision of coffee.

Awards tell the story of the journey.

Passion tells the story of who we are.

We work exclusively with traceable coffee, maintaining a direct connection with the farmers and their communities. We select only the best lots, not basing our choices solely on the highest cupping scores, but also seeking those that are most unique in their characteristics and ability to surprise.

Over the years, we have built a network of friendship with the most prestigious producers and farms internationally. We are honored to work with the best coffee beans in the world, preserving quality and respect for those who grow them.

For us, specialty coffee is a journey without compromise: from origin to roasting, from technique to emotion.

We are here to tell it our way.

Changing the way people experience coffee.

More research. More character. More authenticity.

We believe in a coffee that doesn't follow pre-written rules, but is born from dialogue, experimentation, and a passion for everything behind every bean.

Being a micro-roastery means staying small in size to be big in standards. It means having control over every detail, with no shortcuts and no compromises. We don't produce to please everyone. We produce for those who recognize the difference.

A brand that puts quality before volume.

Substance before appearance. Identity before trends.

We offer baristas who want to challenge themselves in national and international competitions the opportunity to work with our coffees.

We also provide a dedicated coaching program, with support in coffee selection, recipe development, training, and competition strategy.

Whether you are preparing for your first competition or aiming for the title, we are by your side to turn every detail into an advantage.

Contact us and let's start the journey toward the competition together.

We put our experience, expertise, and passion at the service of companies, coffee shops, and roasteries that want to enhance their coffee and strengthen their market presence.

We also develop dedicated Brand Ambassador programs, representing your brand through training, events, tastings, promotional activities, and technical support, creating a bridge between the product, industry professionals, and the final consumer.
