Strawberry, Rose Tea, Black Cherry Icecream, Pineapple
This coffee grows in Ethiopia, Sidama region, in Bensa district, at 2100 mt above sea level. Coffee cherries are hand-picked, sorted and then naturally processed in Bombe village and let dry on African raised beds. The coffee is named after the river Faficho which runs close to the farms where the coffee is produced.
The natural process enlightens fruity flavours such as strawberry and pineapple along with sweet black cherry ice cream and delicate rose tea. The body is sweet and round the aftertaste is very nice and persistent.
