This Sidra Bourbon coffee grows in Colombia, Huila Region, at 1750 mt above sea level. Coffee cherries are hand-picked and hand-sorted before being natural processed.
We’re excited to present this new coffee variety, a product of studies of the Lasso family and specifically of Nestor and Adrian Lasso, young and capable coffee producers.
The flavour of this Colombia Sidra Bourbon is exceptional, with intense tropical flavour as Pineapple and Kiwi fruits.

Finca el Diviso is a family business that has been producing coffee for about 25 years. It was run by Jose Uribe until a few years ago, then, Jose’s sons Adrian and Nestor started to focus on the production of specialty coffees, experimenting with different process methods.
Finca el Diviso counts 6 hectares where grow Castillo, Caturra in Yellow Bourbon, Red Bourbon, Pink Bourbon, Geisha and Sidra Bourbon varieties; processes that are used go beyond the classic Colombian washed.
It’s a great example of the combination of family heritage and innovation and we’re glad to present this coffee to all of you!
