Syrupy Peach, Grape, Candy Cotton, Honey
The coffee grows at the Hacienda Colima, on the slopes of the Barva Volcano, Central Valley, at 1500 mt above sea level. The volcanic soil, highly fertile, is one of the keys to achieving this great Caturra variety; well-balanced and chocolaty flavour.
The story of the farm has ancient roots, it was founded at the beginning of the 19th century and nowadays the coffee tradition is still vivid and running.
