Raspberry, Pear, Floral, Blackcurrant, Fig
The cherries of this beautiful coffee, caturra variety, are handpicked by the farmers at 2000 mt above sea level, where is located the farm Buenavista. After an overnight fermentation (from 12 to 16 hours), the coffee is washed and floaters are removed.
The cherries are rinsed in clean water before the drying process: in this region of Colombia, generally, drying is done in parabolic dryers to protect the coffee from the rain. The drying process takes around 20-25 days.
It’s a great washed coffee, complex with a sweet aftertaste.
