ABOUT THE COFFEE:The coffee grows in the Alotepec-Metapan Mountain Range, between 1400 to 1600 m above sea level. The soil, rich in limestone and clay, is perfect for growing healthy and strong coffee plants. The variety is Pacamara: a hybrid that was created in El Salvador in 1958 and it‘s a cross between Pacas and Maragoype. The characteristic of this splendid variety is the very large size of the bean. The washed process gives this coffee amazing and delicate notes of Apricot, Jasmine and Green tea.
