This coffee grows at around 2000 mt above the sea level in Ethiopia, Guji region. Coffee cherries are harvested by family members, then hand-sorted to remove unripe and overripe cherries before they are delivered to the washing station for processing. Coffee cherries are processed in Hambela by Mekuria Merga, in the washing station of the same name.
